A condition for admission and the issuance of an unconditional acceptance letter is the payment of tuition for the first year of studies. In the event of not receiving a visa, the funds will be refunded.
The tuition fee is non-refundable, with the exception of the following instances:
- If the candidate resigned from studies due to Serious health problems (To Student) proved by a supporting medical certificate
- If the candidate resigned from studies due to important and documented chance events, for example, refusal of a visa to Poland , Un Availability of visa slots ( On Proper Document has to submit )
Refunds will not be approved where no special circumstances exist. A lack of knowledge or understanding of administrative requirements or deadlines is not considered to be special circumstances beyond a person’s control.
All payments made to AKADAMEIA BIALSKA in foreign currency are converted into PLN at the rate of the National Bank of Poland as of the day before the payment. In case of a refund of tuition fee, the sum received initially by the university is converted to the original currency at the rate of the National Bank of Poland as of the day on which the refund is made. Depending on the country or international banking systems additional charges may be added, resulting. Please note that this may result in a different sum being returned, other than that credited.
The student must submit the following:
- All Pages of Passport In video Format
- Refusal letter, issued by Embassy/Consulate in respected Country The date of the refusal letter must be subsequent to the issue date of the most recent Letter of Acceptance.
- Electronic Fund Transfer Refund Request form
- Additional documentation may be requested
TUITION FEES FOR DEGREE PROGRAMMES IN ENGLISH:
• Computer Science - PLN 8 000 per semester of study
• Nursing - PLN 11 700 per semester of study
• Tourism and Recreation - PLN 6 000 per year of study
Candidates applying for admission to degree programmes in English must demonstrate English language proficiency at B2 or at a higher level, confirmed with a relevant certificate.
